You must remember that Walmart Pay is accepted only at Walmart. Let me tell you that you will not find a standalone Walmart Pay app at Google Play Store or the App Store. You can find Walmart Pay inside the Walmart app because it is included inside the app. You can easily set up Walmart Pay and it will take only a few minutes. You just need a Walmart.com account, Walmart app and a credit card, debit card or gift card that you will be able to link with Walmart Pay. You must note that you cannot link Walmart Pay directly with your bank account.
But payment systems faces their own errors in a few occasions. Even Walmart Pay has experienced the same. Users have came up with various complaints related to Walmart Pay. The main problem has been in terms of payments and users said that their payments went incomplete because of this problem. Users also said that some payment systems like credit and debit cards of certain banks were particularly not working and others said that at a point of time, they were not able to pay for their purchase through any mode of payment. Till now, Walmart has not officially spoken about this issue and has not suggested any solution for it. So, if you have been facing the same, follow these steps to solve the problem by yourself –
- Remove and reinstall the app.
- Wait for a few minutes if the payment fails in the first attempt and then try it again.
- Clear the data of the app in your phone settings and try to make the payment again.
- Quit the app, relaunch it and try to pay for your purchase.
