As a Webtoon user, you will receive one Daily Pass every day. One Daily Pass can be used to unlock one episode only. Once you unlock an episode, you can access it freely for the next 14 days. Want to unlock extra episodes? You will have to use coins to unlock additional episodes on Webtoons. Episodes unlocked with coins will remain accessible until the series remains on Webtoon. If you are unable to access an episode that you unlocked using a Daily Pass, it is possible that the 14-day period has expired. Please check the date you unlocked the episode. Webtoon Daily Pass not working: Fixes & Workarounds
If you are unable to use the Webtoon app properly and suspect an issue, try the following fixes/workarounds:
1) Clear Cache of Webtoon app: Open the Webtoon app and tap on MORE option in the bottom-right of the home screen. Then, tap on SETTINGS and scroll down to the OPTION section. Now, tap on Clear Cache. Restart Webtoon app.
2) Check network connection: You will face problems running the Webtoon app if your internet is unstable. Make sure you have good internet speeds. If you encounter issues with your connection, contact your ISP for further help.
3) Delete and reinstall the app: If none of the above troubleshooting tips helped, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Long-press on the app and choose the option to Uninstall. Now, reinstall the Webtoon app from the respective app stores.
