To get Hydrants, you need to find a Device dispenser. A Device Dispenser is a machine that randomly spits out multiple Zonai devices. More on that in the upcoming section.
Where to Find the Device Dispenser
First, you need to unlock the Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower. If you don’t know where to find it, we’ve got you covered. From Central Hyrule, head northeast. Cross the river and head to the Eldin Canyon region. The Eldin Canyon Skyview Tower is located between the Pico Pond and Lake Ferona. Here are the coordinates to the tower (1642, 1191, 0219).
Ride the tower and launch yourself in the air. When in the air, face in the direction of Death Mountain and turn right. You should notice a plus-shaped island that is connected to a circular island with the help of a small bridge. Here are the coordinates to the island: (1879, 1208, 1251). You should arrive at the Kadaunar Shrine. Complete the shrine puzzle if you want a fast-travel location.

Facing in the direction of the shrine, head east to the other side of the “plus”, beyond the trampoline mechanism. In the distance, you should see a big spherical object. This is called the Device Dispenser. Head towards the sphere that is placed on an altar. Here are the coordinates to the Device Dispenser (1983, 1222, 1251) to ease your trouble.
How to Get the Hydrant
To get the Hydrant, stand in front of the bowl of the Device Dispenser. Open your inventory and hold as many Zonai Charges in your hand as you can (5 Charges to be precise). Close your inventory and drop the Zonai Charges in the bowl. A cutscene will play and the Device Dispenser will eject loads of Zonai devices. The Hydrant might be among one them.
It is worth noting that the Device Dispenser is an in-game gacha machine, meaning that the Zonai devices drawn from the device will vary with each pull. Accordingly, you might have to do this step a few times until you get at least one Hydrant token.
