1) Check the Connection type:

2) Check your Trainer equipment power cables:

If the power connections are fine, unplug the power cable and wait. After a few seconds, plug your machine back in and check Zwift for the list of available devices to pair.
3) Bluetooth connections:
This step is very important if you use various Bluetooth devices on your computer or around the training equipment in general. Make sure that unnecessary Bluetooth devices are turned off so that no other device is trying to connect to your training unit. To be sure, check your mobile phone. 4) Signal dropouts:
Both the Bluetooth and ANT+ connections operate on a 2.4 GHz frequency. This can be a problem because a lot of the household equipment and devices operate on the same frequency.
