Gran Turismo (GT) 7 All Editions List & its prices
There are three editions of Gran Turismo 7 you can get but the price depends on the hardware you own. Let’s find out the best edition for you.
Launch Edition
The Launch Edition of Gran Turismo 7 is a disc copy of the game. This edition will include the base game only. You can get this edition for Play Station 4 or Play Station 5. The Launch Edition is priced at $59.99 for the PS4 version and at $69.99 for the PS5 version. If you buy the disc copy or Launch Edition for PS5, you will not be able to access the game’s PS4 version.
Standard Edition
The Standard Edition of Gran Turismo 7 is a digital copy of the game. This edition will include the base game only. You can get the Standard Edition for Play Station 4 and Play Station 5. The Standard Edition of GT7 is priced at $59.99 for the PS4 version and $69.99 for the PS5 version. If you buy the digital copy or Standard Edition for PS5, you will have access to the game’s PS4 version.
Note about the Launch/Standard Edition: If you have purchased the PS4 version, you can upgrade to the PS5 version easily. Purchased the PS4 digital copy? You can upgrade your version to that of PS5 by paying the $10 difference. If you have purchased the disc copy of the PS4 version, you will have to insert the disc in your PS5 to download or play the upgraded digital version of Gran Turismo 7. But, if you buy the disc copy for your PS4 and later buy the PS5 Digital Edition console, you will not be able to upgrade the game by paying the difference. In that case, you will have to buy the PS5 Standard Edition at full price again.
25th Anniversary Edition (DISC)
The 25th Anniversary Edition will include the base game, Dual PS4 and PS5 entitlement plus the following:
1) 1,000,000 in-game credits
2) Toyota GR Yaris with country-specific liveries
3) 30 PSN themed avatars
