Some of those users used online forums to either inform people about their problems or suggest solutions for the problems faced by others. We have tried our best to include all of those possible fixes in the list given below. Take a look at what other Audi owners do when they are met with the myAudi app not showing car status error.
Fixes for myAudi app not showing car status:
1) Login using Website:
This method can be used to solve some other errors on the application as well. But for now, let’s focus on the car status error. All you need to do is log in using a browser on the myAudi official website. Stay logged in for some time and check if everything works fine there. If you observe some bugs on the website as well, the servers might be facing an outage. So you might have to wait for the issue to be resolved. But if everything works fine, log out and log in on the myAudi app again. This time, you should be able to see your car status on the myAudi app.

2) Reinstall app:
Delete the application from your phone. Check if any residual files are left behind. Delete those and reinstall the application. Log in with your credentials and add your vehicle. The issue with the myAudi app should not bother you anymore. But, if you still can’t see your car status, try the steps given below.
3) Keep the car connectivity in check:
Make sure to park your car in a place where it shouldn’t have problems with connectivity. According to some user reports, whenever they had their car parked in the garage, they faced errors with the app. This definitely highlights the lack of connection accessibility by the car. So if you too have your car parked in a confined space, it might be the reason for the error on the app. Also, check if the green light above the SOS button is illuminated. If it’s not, your car is for sure facing a connectivity issue. But if your car is parked in a place where there shouldn’t be a connectivity issue, try the next step.
4) Audi connect subscription:
Users will not be able to use the feature if their free trial period or subscription has come to an end. Check if your subscription to Audi connect has expired. You can enquire about the following with your car dealer.
5) Reset MMI:
To reset the MMI in your car, follow these steps – Press and hold the Setup button on the MMI control panel > Press and hold the button above the knob in the middle of the panel > Press and hold the button that is at the top right side of the knob. Make sure that you keep holding the prior buttons before pressing the next button. Also, make sure to follow the same order. Hold down the buttons until you see a message indicating the MMI reset. This should fix the myAudi app not showing car status error for good.
