How to cancel a Canva subscription:
1) On the Website:
On the Canva website, log in to your account and go to the Menu. There you will see a cog icon or an option called ‘Settings’. Select the option and look for the ‘Billing and Teams’ tab. Under Subscriptions, you will find the option to cancel your ongoing subscription. Select it and keep following the prompts to confirm.
2) On the Android app:
Open the Google Play app on your device and tap on your account. Select the option called, ‘Payments and subscriptions’. Select ‘Subscriptions’ to see your ongoing plans with various apps. From that list, find and select Canva. Then choose the option to cancel the subscription. This is how you can cancel your Canva subscription on an Android device.
3) On the iOS app:
On your iOS device, open the Settings app and select your account. Tap on Subscriptions. Some users might not see this option. In that case, tap on iTunes and App Store. Select your Apple ID and scroll down to find Subscriptions. Find and select Canva and tap on Cancel subscription.
Pause instead of canceling:
If you are canceling your plan because you are expecting to not use it for some time, pausing it would be a better option. To pause your Canva subscription follow the same steps performed when cancelling the plan. But this time, on the website, do it through the pause subscription popup. On an Android device, choose ‘Manage account’ in Google Play and select ‘Pause payments’. This will allow you to continue the plan as and when you want. Unfortunately, the same cannot be done for iOS devices.
