How to add, invite & play with friends in Surgeon Simulator 2?
So, you can play Surgeon Simulator 2 in solo or co-op mode. However, as you can imagine, the game is more fun when you play with your friends! The game lets you play all the modes in a team of four. So, you can enter a mode with a maximum of three friends.
Add friends
You can add friends after you complete a game of Surgeon Simulator 2. After completing a game, you will be taken to the results page, where your teammates’ achievements will also appear. You can send them a friend request from that page.
Invite friends
You can invite your friends to join a lobby. To do so, you can either create an open party or a private party. The open party will be visible to all, and anyone can join your party. However, a private party will be protected, and only friends with access can join your party.
On the home screen of Surgeon Simulator 2, click on Play, and then a Story Menu appears. Click on the story you want to explore. Then, you will get a menu where you can choose an Open or a Private Party. Choose and then click on Play. You will be taken to a lobby where you can enter one of those elevators to start the matchmaking and eventually start the game. You can also decide to invite friends from your friends list in the lobby. Tap on the ESC key on your keyboard to open your friends list if you have added friends already. Otherwise, go into the elevator to start open matchmaking.
How to play the game with your friends?
Once you have invited your friends to join your party, you can enter the elevator in the lobby of Surgeon Simulator 2 and press the E key to start it. Your friends should also do the same with the remaining elevators. That’s it. You will now enter the same lobby and play the story together. Enjoy!
