Seems like Battlefield 2042 ain’t made for Xbox Series X! Because, reports suggest that the next-gen console keeps crashing mid-game. And, by crashes, we mean a complete shutdown. Players are extremely disappointed with DICE and EA’s execution of Battlefield 2042. Several bugs have been reported since the game went live for early access and trial on November 12. The official release of Battlefield 2042 is scheduled for November 19, but by the looks of the current situation, the player base may shrink by then. Coming back to the topic, let’s discuss the annoying Xbox crash and whether there’s a solution to the problem as of now.
As mentioned earlier, Battlefield 2042 is supposed to officially launch a week from now. EA Play members can try the game out for 10 hours. Players who have bought the premium editions – Gold and Ultimate – can dive into the Early Acess right now. But, if you own an Xbox Series X, you may feel like getting the game refunded by now. The crash bug is not letting Xbox Series X players complete even a single game. According to players, all other games run normally on the Xbox, except Battlefield 2042.
