Sticking to a workout routine requires discipline and a strong mindset. It is difficult to hold such strong will-power and errors on your Firestick don’t make it any easier. If you are facing problems when using Beachbody on your Firestick, here is how you can solve it!
Beachbody is a service that makes it easier for its users to get fit and achieve the type of body they aspire to flaunt. Beachbody is a fitting name and explains a lot about the brand as a whole. Along with various supplements and nutritional products, Beachbody also has a library full of workout videos. These workout videos can be streamed by the user to follow along. Beachbody supports streaming on a variety of devices. While the list of supported devices is not very long, it sure includes the Firestick. So if you use Beachbody on a Firestick, there is a chance that you might need the list mentioned below. Take a look at the fixes for when the Beachbody app does not work on your Firestick.
How to fix Beachbody not working on Firestick:
1) Clear app data:
Clearing the app data will log you out of your Beachbody account. So make sure know your credentials before continuing with this step. To clear the app data on your Firestick, go to Settings > Applications > Manage App > Locate BOD app > Clear Data. When the app data is cleared, launch the app and check if you can continue using it as usual.

2) Logout and log back in:
If clearing the app data didn’t help, maybe a manual sign-out will. Logout of the Beachbody app on your Firestick. In the app, go to settings and select the ‘Log out’ option. After the logout, restart your Firestick with the remote. Launch the app and log in. Check if that solved your problem.
3) Hard reset device:
A hard reset is very different from just turning the Firestick on and off. Unplug the power cable from the wall socket. Now, wait for 30 seconds. Then plug the power cable back. Turn on your Firestick and check if Beachbody works fine. If it does not, try the next fix.
4) Power cycle router:
This is to cross-check the possibility of a weak internet connection. Before power cycling your router, launch some other app. Check if the UI is a bit jittery or if you are facing similar problems as that of Beachbody. If the answer is yes, the reason might be a weak internet connection. The easiest way to tackle that is by power cycling your router. Turn off your router and unplug the power cable. Wait for 30 seconds and plug the power cable back. Turn on the router and wait for it to establish a stable connection. Connect your Firestick to the network and launch Beachbody. It should work now without any issues. If the internet still does not work, contact your ISP.
5) Uninstall and reinstall the app:
Uninstalling the app will delete all of the saved files including user details and cache data. If there were any corrupted files associated with Beachbody on your Firestick, those will be removed as well. To uninstall Beachbody, go to the list of system apps, select Beachbody and uninstall it. Re-install the app and log into your account. Check if that solved your issue.
6) Firmware update:
If none of the above solutions worked, a firmware update is your best bet. To check your Firestick for potential updates, go to Settings > My Fire TV > About > Check for system update. Install the available update on your Firestick and check if Beachbody is repaired.
