How to fix Beachbody not working on iPad:
1) Use a supported device:
Not all iPads are supported by Beachbody. These are the iPads on which users can access Beachbody without any errors – iPad Air, iPad Pro, and iPad mini (2, 3, and 4). If you are using one of the recommended devices, you can move on to the next step.
2) Update the app:
It is recommended to always use the latest version of the Beachbody app. Hence, go to the App Store on your iPad and search for the Beachbody app. If the app can be updated to a more recent version, you should do it. Install the latest version of the app and check if it has started working normally. If not, try the next method.
3) Troubleshoot internet connectivity:
If your internet connection is weak, it might seem that the app is not working. Open some other app on your iPad. Your internet is definitely at fault if other apps show similar problems on your device. The easiest way to deal with connectivity problems is power cycling the router. Turn off your router and unplug the power cable for 30 seconds. Plug the power cable back and turn on your router. Connect your iPad to the network and check if the Beachbody app is working now. If it still doesn’t work, contact your ISP for further assistance.
4) Restart your device:
To restart your iPad, press and hold the top button and the volume button. In the pop-up, select the option to restart your device. When your device turns off, press hold the top button. Keep it pressed until you see the Apple logo. After the restart, launch the Beachbody app and check if it has started working.
5) Force quit the app:
Directly go to the Home screen from the Beachbody app. Now remove the app from the list of recently used apps. Launch the app again and check if you see any improvement in it.
6) Re-install the app:
Uninstall the Beachbody app from your iPad. This will delete all the files saved by the app on your device. While doing so, any file that might be corrupted will be deleted as well. Reinstall the app from the App Store and run it. You should be able to use the app without any problems from here on.
7) Update iPad OS:
Open the Settings app on your iPad. Go to General and tap on Software update. You need to check if there are any available firmware updates for your device. Install the available update. After the update, check if the Beachbody app works on your iPad.
