1) Restart the game
Well, a very simple yet effective solution to the problem is a quick restart of the game and then your PC. After this, launch the game, and then check if the Quick Play mode works.
2) Use Server Browser to enter a match
What the Quick Play mode actually does is place you on servers where the server capacity is not maxed out. But it is possible that the host is removing you from the server as soon as you join or that the lobby is actually full by the time you are joined in, which is why the game is loading you back into the main menu. So, if you continue to encounter the same thing, our recommendation is to access the Server browser, enter a lobby where the player count is 5–6, and then hit Join.
3) Host a Private Match
