To play Valorant with a controller, you’ll need a third-party key and controller mapping software. Users suggest using reWASD, the only known software that will not trigger Riot Vanguard negatively. Beware of using random third-party programs – Vanguard is merciless when it comes to unofficial third-party tools. With reWASD, you will be able to map your controller to the keyboard and mouse. Install the program and map all the keys accordingly. Note that you’ll need to accommodate movement, shooting, and all four abilities of a Valorant agent on your controller.
As mentioned before, a lot of Valorant is about aiming and shooting, and using a controller isn’t going to make things easy for you.
