2) Update app:
Open the apps store on the device where the DJI fly app is installed. Search for the app by typing its name in the search box. Select the app logo and check if there are any recent updates available for it. The store will let you know about the update by displaying an Update button under the app description. Install the update and check if the app works.
3) Clear app cache:
App cache usually clogs the database of an app on your device. This makes the app, take up a huge space on your device just for a little boost in the loading speed. This trade usually results in errors. It is better to just delete these cache files. On an Android device, you can easily delete the cache files from the storage setting – tap and hold the DJI Fly app until a small window appears. Tap on the info icon or App Info and choose Clear data > Clear cache. On iOS devices go to Settings > General > Storage > DJI fly app > Offload app. Relaunch the app and see if it is working again.
4) Restart the device:
Restarting your device can take care of a ‘not so evident’ error that might be troubling the app. Perform a quick restart and launch the app right after. DJI Fly app will hopefully start working without any errors.
5) Update system software:
Incompatibility errors can often be solved with a system update. Hence, go to your device settings and navigate to the About section. Look for notifications about a software update. Install the update that might be available. Wait for the installation to take place and launch the app after that. The DJI Fly app not working issue should not be a problem anymore.
6) Reinstall the app:
A complete reinstallation is a good way to start afresh. Uninstall the app from your device and open the apps store. Search for the app and download it again. Sign in to your account and give the app all the necessary permissions to carry out all the tasks efficiently. The app will now work without bothering you with errors.
