Dying Light 2

The zombie hunt game Dying Light 2 has two major skill trees: Combat and Parkour. You gain experience individually for these two skill trees. Combat skills are useful while in combat with zombies or enemies within the game. Parkour points are experiences that you gain while your parkouring in the game which can be combined.

Combat Skill

One of the first skills you unlock is Vault Kick to jump over staggered enemies followed by a kick. It allows you to smooth your action and disable one enemy and frees you to damage the other. Then comes Perfect Dodge which works when you dodge at just the right time to stagger your enemy and press the space key while moving back or to either side. Shocking the enemy will also allow you to do other actions from there.

Dying Light 2 skills also include Grapple which is used to improve the momentum of attacking enemies to throw them to the side. When an enemy moves towards you, press F and add a direction to successfully grapple the enemy. Grapple Throw is increasing the force of enemies thrown with grapple to knock them out. Next one’s Air kick which is used when dropping onto enemies with a power kick while high in the air look down at an enemy and hold e to execute branching off.

Then comes Drop kick to perform a powerful kick while jumping which is a classic skill from Dying Light (1). Run at an enemy and then hold space to jump and press E twice in the air and drop kick. Vault power kick is another skill that adds force to your vault kick and sends enemies flying. Hold the left mouse button while performing a vault.

Then comes Head stomp which allows you to migrate enemy numbers very quickly. When you find the opportunity, head stomp enemies that lay on the ground. Focus on an enemy and press F. This is something that was critical to get in the first dying light.

High jump is the first parkour skill in dying light which makes you jump higher and reach higher ledges so this is something you can reach. Then comes Active Landing to reduce fall damage and keep your momentum you just press C before landing. Safe landing is also another skill to increase the height from which you can land without taking any damage.

Dying Light 2 skill Firm Grip helps you to make the climb on ledges even when your stamina is gone and briefly maintain your grip when you land on ledges. Fast climb helps you move faster on ledges than moving up to either side. Use WASD keys while holding a ledge to move and then ledge jump while climbing upon ledges to get higher more quickly.

Sleek Runner skill increases your speed while navigating tricky obstacles like slops balance boards climbing pipes and wall openings. Stealth movement also increases overall speed and mobility while sneaking to perform a crouch jump press shift.
