@FedEx @FedExHelp I have a shipment that is no longer showing up in the tracking screen. When I call customer service and enter my tracking number, I’m told that it’s invalid and that I cannot talk to a rep without a valid number. Very frustrating, how are we going to solve this?

Having a really tough time with @TalbotsOfficial finding the missing Mother's Day gift card I ordered. Online chat doesn't work, tried calling but stuck on hold in silence after music cut out at 16 minutes into the call. @FedEx tracking info not working. Hope my DM works.
