As of now, Square Enix has revealed five characters that will take the central stage in Final Fantasy 16. All the characters seem interesting and have good backstories. 1) Clove Rosfield- Clive is the main protagonist of Final Fantasy 16 and the eldest son of the Archduke of Rosaria. He does not wield the Phoenix’s flames and hence mastered the art of the blades. He is kind and quite powerful.
2) Joshua Rosfield- The second son of Archduke of Rosaria and the inheritor of the Phoenix’s flames. He is timid but very well-behaved. He admired his older brother and is kind to everyone.
3) Jill Warrick- Jill was born in the Northern territories and was brought to the house of Rosaria at a very young age. She grew up with the Rosfield brother and they deeply trust her. Jill is very kind and gracious by nature.
4) Hugo Kupka- Hugo rose to the rank of the Permanent Economic Adviser from being a common foot soldier. He used his brains and soon became quite wealthy and powerful. But, he will soon learn that there are powers more alluring than money. It will be interesting to see how he affects the story of Final Fantasy 16.
5) Benedikta Harman- Benedikta is a Warden of Winds and a master at swordsplay. She will meet Clive in her journey and unfold her past.
