1) For issues on a MAC:
If you are facing problems with GeForce Now on a Mac, here is what you need to do –
Delete all the GeForce Now files from your device. Visit the GeForce Now website and download a new installation file. Before installing GeForce Now, restart your Mac. When your Mac restarts, continue with the installation process by opening the file. This should fix the GeForce Now not working issue on your Mac.
If the previous solution doesn’t work, follow these directions – Finder > Applications > GeForce Now. Right click the app and click on ‘Show package contents’. Now go to Contents > Resources > GeForceNow.json. You need to find a line in that file. Find ‘nv-gpu-accel=true’ and change it to ‘nv-gpu-accel=false’. Also, look for the line ‘nv-custom-black-window=true’ and change it to ‘nv-custom-black-window=false’. Save the changes and launch GeForce Now.

2) Update drivers:
Updating video drivers is the most recommended fix for Windows PC users. It also makes sense as the issue is due to a lapse in display. Users who haven’t updated their video card/ GPU drivers in while can face GeForce Now not launching games issue when the service is updated. To check for updates, go to Device Manager and look at the list on the left. You should be able to see yellow warning signs in front of the drivers that need an update. Click on your GPU driver and select ‘Update driver’. Let your system install the necessary updates. Restart your system and check if GeForce Now is still not launching your games.
3) Disable and enable your GPU:
