K-pop has experimented with various music styles and genres and the integration of foreign music elements have helped to reshape and modernize the contemporary music scene of South Korea. There is no doubt that K-pop is loved by millions but there are also some who have a different choice. So, it is obvious that they would want to block the tweets related to K-pop. So, the best option is to mute them. Just follow these steps to mute K-pop tweets –
- Go to the Notifications tab.
- Tap on the Gear icon.
- Click on Muted Words.
- Click on Plus icon.
- Type the name of K-pop bands and band member names.
- Choose whether to enable it in Home timeline or Notifications tab.
- Choose whether this is Anyone or From people you don’t follow.
- Tap For how long? and choose among Forever, 24 hours from now, 7 days from now or 30 days from now.
- Select Save.
- A muted icon and mute time period will be seen next to every entered word or hashtag.
