Insurgency Sandstorm players should be aware of another important system in the game. The supply points play an important role in most modes of Insurgency Sandstorm. However, there is an inconsistency where it comes to receiving those points. While some modes do not generate supply points at all, other modes shower supply points for players to use. So, what are these “unpredictable” points in Insurgency Sandstorm, and why do players require them? Read this article to know how to get more supply points in your game.
What are supply points in Insurgency Sandstorm?
The loadout in Insurgency Sandstorm can include powerful weapons that are very fun to yield and deadly as well. By now, you must be aware that there are two teams in the game. Depending on the team you are in, you will be able to access special weapons. Security forces will have a host of new, powerful weapons made in NATO countries to choose from, like the M4 carbine, G36K, L85A2, and MP7. As a part of the Insurgent forces, you will be yielding a combination of modernized and old weapons like the AK-74, TOZ-194, PKM, the Welrod, and the M1 Garand. Players can choose from the long list of classes available: Rifleman, Breacher, Advisor, Demolitions, Marksman, Gunner, Observer, and Commander. Each of the classes will yield a different loadout. Supply points in Insurgency Sandstorm are required for choosing a loadout. Supply points are used to equip gear, weapons, and attachments in the game.
How to get more supply points?
You will have limited supply points to spend on equipping a loadout at the beginning of each match of Insurgency Sandstorm. You must know by now that it is not easy to gather many of these precious points. However, you can use a mod to gain the number of supply points you need for the game. Note that this is not an official method. Please perform this action at your own discretion.
In order to use a mod to gain supply points in Insurgency Sandstorm, you will have to add a piece of code to the Game.ini file. Note that you will be able to add supply points for local play or local server (own server) only. On Windows, look for the Game.ini file for Insurgent Sandstorm or follow this path:- C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Insurgency\Saved\Config\WindowsClient. Open the file and add this piece of text:
