Looks like the news about GeForce RTX 3080 graphic cards just won’t stop upsetting buyers and fans. The RTX 3080 GPU cards were only announced two months ago. But everything has been on the wrong and incorrect ways- sales, shipment, and custom variants. Here’s another piece of upsetting news for those who are looking to buy the RTX 3080 cards.

Fans in India, this is for you. The custom RTX 3080 cards from Gigabyte and MSI are being sold at a whopping price which is safe to be addressed as insanely ‘overpriced’.

GeForce RTX 3080 graphics cards from MSI and Gigabyte are priced (or let’s say over-priced) for about $1300 on Amazon, India.

MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ventus 3X (10G) is available for purchase on Amazon India. The cost of this GPU is Rs. 1,19,999 which is approximately $1635 (refer image).

The Gigabyte GPU GeForce RTX 3080 GV-N3080GAMING OC-10GD poses a strong rivalry on Amazon India which costs a whopping Rs. 1,22,400, which is approximately $1668 (refer image).

Just to make it clear, the RTX 3080 GPU cards originally cost around $800. Just when you thought news about the GeForce RTX 30 series couldn’t get any worse, here’s what the most reputed online shopping site has to offer for India.

A few days ago, MSI’s partner Starlit ended up selling the $800 GeForce RTX 3080 cards for $1400. MSI officials came up with an apology note on Twitter and guaranteed a refund for users. Here’s the note-

If this is the kind of ‘stricter policy’ MSI can come up with, then the users are going to come up with better reasons to start disliking MSI. The only difference is, its not one of MSI’s partners selling over-priced RTX 3080 cards. Its MSI itself, and it is getting harder for buyers and gamers to expect anything from the RTX 30 series anymore.
