1) Reset the app:

2) Whitelist Onedrive on Windows Defender/Firewall Settings:

On the left side, click on the option that says ‘Allow an app or feature through Windows firewall’. Click on the Change Settings option and tick the boxes in front of Onedrive. Select OK and check if Onedrive is successfully syncing your files.
3) Turn off Proxy server:
Open the Settings app and click on the ‘Network and Internet’ option from the left. In the new window, scroll down until you find Proxy and click on it. Under ‘Manual proxy setup’, click on Setup.
