Some users are facing a very similar problem with the default messaging app too. When users pull down the floating windows, the actual messaging app opens up too. So, both the floating window as well as the app itself open together which is a huge mishap!

Xbox Series X users experience game crash

Xbox Series X

Xbox series X was launched on the 10th of November 2020. Almost every gamer out there got all set for the release. What’s funny is that Xbox series X is already unavailable for sale/ out of stock in several regions. Xbox series x promises next-gen speed and performance but some reports lately have raised certain questions that might seem sketchy about what Xbox series X stands for.

Xbox series X users have started facing issues while gaming and reports are all over the internet. One of the users posted a video on Reddit saying they are facing game-crash issues every few minutes. Yes, every few minutes is what they say. You can read the post below and clicking the link will take you to the video where you can see the user playing the game that crashes within seconds.

Xbox Series X – Game crashes every few minutes on random occasions! Game starts from disk drive…not the next gen I was waiting:( Any solutions? Already reinstalled, deleted save etc.

But here is the reason why this issue hasn’t blown out of proportion and completely ruin the Xbox series X launch. Almost every user has commented that the issue is not with the console, but with Ubisoft.

The game you see in the video is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, developed by Ubisoft. A decent number of people have reported that they’ve been acing buggy experience while playing Valhalla.

Also, Ubisoft is known to have release bugged games several times in the past. Though not intentionally, looks like Ubisoft’s way of beta testing is not sufficient to understand the issues with their games on different consoles.

As Valhalla released on the same day too, we cannot really differentiate at this point whether it’s a game glitch or Xbox series X glitch. There is no official word from Xbox officials nor Ubisoft officials. We will keep you posted!

Snapdragon powered Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra can now run LineageOS 17.1

Samsung’s Galaxy S20 Ultra was among the early premium arrivals of 2020. The flagship Galaxy device came packed with Samsung’s usual high-end Exynos 990 chipset. With release of Google’s Android 11, S20 Ultra would now be up-to-date with the same based on OneUI 3.0. However, only a few know that the Korean giant has its US models equipped with Snapdragon’s flagship 865 SoC. That’s also where the catch comes in. The superior Snapdragon models do not allow for any loopholes for those looking to bootloader unlock them. However, XDA developers seem to have developed a cure to give you a cutting edge while pursuing the bootloader unlock. That cure is named “LineageOS”.

Well, I’m sure the name Cyanogen must ring a bell. LineageOS is very much like a successor to the CyanogenOS that was discontinued in 2016. Based on Android, LineageOS is a free, open-source OS. The latest version to the Lineage OS was launched back in April this year, labelled 17.1. A few recognized developers at XDA released an unofficial build to LineageOS 17.1 based on Android 10 for S20 and S20 Ultra. While some of you might be excited, it is important that you note that this unofficial build is based on Android 10. It is only natural if you progressed and are now functioning on OneUI 3.0. In that case you need to rewind and get the old Android 10 firmware back. Compatibility issues are a real deal and you can’t have a pass at them.

Additionally, the ROM file which we have given below for download is not a Generic System Image. Hence, your favourite ready-made Google apps will not be available on installation. But, as long as you have the Gapps package to flash, you are safe to explore LineageOS 17.1.

Download LineageOS ROM 17.1 for Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra.
