In Pokemon Legends Arceus, Scyther can evolve into two forms: one is the common Scizor, and another is a Legends Arceus-exclusive Pokemon, Kleavor. What is a Kleavor?
Kleavor is a special form of Scyther and will be introduced in a Pokemon game for the first time through Legends Arceus. According to the game’s creators, Scyther evolves into Kleavor when exposed to special minerals from the Hisui Region. Kleavor’s body is not entirely made of stone – only some parts were subjected to change owing to the frigid Hisui conditions. The stone parts play an important role in battles – they have an immense slicing power! Taking your Kleavor to challenging battles may chip its stone parts extensively – resulting in an increased slicing power. Kleavor is also capable of dealing massive damage with its ax-like arms. Having a Kleavor on your team can be extremely rewarding. After all, it’s a Noble Pokemon! How the developers plan to extend Kleavor’s lore in the upcoming Pokemon titles is still a question that only the future can answer.
How to evolve Scyther into Kleavor in Pokemon Legends Arceus?
Scyther is a Bug and Flying-type Pokemon, whereas Scizor is of the Bug and Steel-type. Kleavor, on the other hand, is a Bug and Rock-type Pokemon of the Axe Category. Rock-type Pokemons are more well-suited to Hisui’s frigid regions. You can evolve a Scyther into Scizor using a Metal Coat, an evolutionary item. For Kleavor, you will need a Black Argurite. According to leaked reports of Pokemon Legends Arceus’s gameplay, you can dig for Black Argurite using an Ursaluna Radar.

Pokemon Legends Arceus has not been launched officially yet. However, some peeps have managed to get hold of a leaked copy leading to a lot of early live streams and leaked gameplay information [SPOILERS]. Kleavor’s basic details were released officially by Nintendo way back. However, the process of its evolution is still officially unknown, although there are leaks available literally everywhere! Here’s the process of Scyther’s evolution into Kleavor according to leaks:
1) Open up your Pokedex menu.
2) Select the Black Argurite icon under Items and then select Use.
3) Now, select Scyther’s icon on the right.
4) That’s it. Your Scyther will now evolve into Kleavor.
