PS App not showing captures: Fixes & Workarounds.
Firstly, make sure to enable Auto-Upload on your PS5 from Settings > Captures and Broadcasts > Captures. Next, you’ll also have to enable captures on the app. To do so, go to Library > Captures and then tap on Enable. Note that you’ll only see the captures you record after you enable auto-upload. Previous captures will not be uploaded. Before we begin, note that these aren’t surefire solutions. Some of them might not even work out for you. Since there is no official fix so far, you can experiment with these methods.
1) Remember that the Captures feature will only let you upload videos that are under three minutes and are not 4k.
2) Make sure that your PS5 is linked to the PS App.
3) You should try logging out and then re-login to the app.
4) Check your internet connection. A bad internet connection could also hinder the app from showing your captures.
5) Make sure to enable the Stay Connected to the Internet settings in your PS5. Also, your PS5 uploads captures in the rest mode only.
6) The PS App saves your captures for 14 days. So make sure to either download or share them. Once 14 days are over, your clips will be removed from the server.
7) If nothing else works, try reinstalling the app on your phone. This might help to fix the issue.
