1) Use the correct controller wire:

2) DS5 issues:
The majority of these issues are faced by the PS Now PC users using DS5, which is an input mapper which is used to connect PS5 controllers to a Windows PC. Follow this path – Control Panel > Hardware and sound > Devices and Printers > Wireless controller > Hardware > HID-compliant game controller properties > Change settings > Driver > Uninstall device.
