Are you not able to sign in to your PS Now account? Take a look at the possible workarounds and fixes for when PS Now is not letting you sign in.
Recently, there has been a flood of complaints and reports about various bugs on the PS Now app. Players are being prevented from signing in, and the reasons for it are not clear. Is it a system glitch? A server outage, maybe? It’s hard to tell as Sony refuses to address these problems whatsoever. So if you too are facing these problems, here is a list of workarounds used by other PS Now users. Take a look at it and use the fixes to solve the issue for yourself.
Fixes for PS Now not signing in:
1) Restart the device:
This is the first thing you should try. In case a system error is preventing you from signing into the PS Now account, this will help. Restart your computer or PlayStation and check if you can sign in without any problems. If not, try the next step.

2) Set up two-step authentication:
For this, visit the official Sony website and set up two-step authentication for signing into your PS Now account. After setting up two-step authentication, try to sign in on your device. There shouldn’t be any problems with doing so. Other users also suggest choosing the audio captcha option. Since this technique worked for many players, it has a high probability of working for you too. On the off chance that it fails, check out the next fix.
3) User suggested workarounds:
The first workaround suggested by a user is the simplest one. Just skip the sign-in on entering the app. This will take you to the home page. Now, click on the sign-in button on the home page of the app. This will let you sign in normally.
Another workaround suggested was to select a different region while creating an account to prevent falling under the unavailable countries. Selecting a region where PS Now app is not available can stop you from signing in. You can also try to use a VPN for the same. Many claimed that using a VPN solved the issue for them. If this does not work, take a look at the next point.
4) Available countries:
The PS Now service is limited to certain countries. If you are located in a country other than the below mentioned list, you cannot avail the PS Now services unfortunately.
PS Now is available in the following countries – Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, the UK, and the USA.
