In order to get this amazing Hellfire Flamethrower, you will have to make your way to one of the last regions in the game. This is the hardest part about getting this item. Once you progress through the game enough, you will find yourself in a land called Root Earth. This post-apocalyptic version of Earth looks like a desolate and forsaken place. Once there, visit the Ashen Wasteland checkpoint. Here, a whole bunch of cars, including trucks, can be found.
Once you see these trucks and cars, look for a crashed/damaged semi-truck face-down in a crater. This is where you can find the Flamethrower. In order to get there, you will need to pass over a barrier. This barrier is like a wall and can be jumped over at some points. If you wander around against the barrier for enough time, you will find the spot where you can jump over it. Alternatively, you can take a route up to the top of the semi-truck in such a way that you jump directly into it. These are the only two methods of going across this barrier.
