We would like to point out that this is very rare and you are more than likely going to have better luck waiting for the developers to step in.
Another thing you should keep in mind is that you need to make sure that you allow cloud sync since the mods are most likely to be installed in your OneDrive folder. After this, the issue should no longer exist.
