The Rapidshot is a gun that you can find early in the game. It does cost a bit, though. This is a good thing because earlier in the game, your carry weight will be lower, and shotguns usually need less ammo than other guns. - Head to the Jamison Planet in the Alpha Centauri System. Here, head to the city of New Atlantis.
- In New Atlantis, get to the Commercial District via the transit train. Now, look for the UC Distribution Center.
- Once you find it, enter the premises and find a vendor NPC. Interact with the vendor, and you will be able to buy this gun for 28,000 credits.
While this might seem a bit high for this early in the game, this is a valuable investment that you can use until almost the end of your journey.
