Check for server outage:

Checking for a server outage is the first thing you should do in this matter. That is because this issue is not that common. Tubi TV does not usually fail to work. So if it suddenly stops working, check the Tubi TV server status. To check the server status, search for “Tubi TV server status” in your browser. And open the first link to read through the user reviews and website analysis. You will easily come to know if the Tubi TV servers are down. If the servers are down, wait for some time and then try opening Tubi TV on your Samsung TV.

Force close:

To force close the Tubi TV app on your Samsung TV device, long press the Return/Exit key on your remote. Do not release the button. The app will shut down. Now open the app again and check if the Tubi TV app works.

Restart device:

Restarting the device is useful when the problem is due to a system error. But before restarting your Samsung TV, perform the previous step again. Force close Tubi TV and then restart your Samsung TV device. After that open the app and check if it works. In most cases, this step should be more than enough to fix the problem.

Check internet connection:

Try opening other apps on your device. Since the problem was not fixed by the troubleshooting steps given above, it is quite likely that the issue is due to a weak internet connection. Opening other apps will help you confirm that suspicion. If other apps fail to load properly, power cycle your router or just call your ISP for assistance. Once your internet is fixed, Tubi TV will work smoothly on your Samsung TV device.
