Vanguard has recently received complaints from users who said that they have experienced the OL-220 error when they were adding and updating accounts on Vanguard. The developers of Vanguard has said that it happened because of a configuration issue from the side of Quicken. They escalated the issue to their service partners and asked users to allow around 24 hours before trying to add or update accounts once again. The issue has been resolved and still if you are facing it, you can follow these steps to fix it by yourself –
- For Windows users :
(i) Click on Tools Menu and then on Online Center.
(ii) Press and hold Ctrl+Shift keys and click on Contact Info.
(iii) Select your Vanguard account from the accounts drop down list.
(iv) Put a checkmark in “Financial Institution Branding and Profile” checkbox and you can also select to download FI list as an option.
(v) Click on Refresh.
(vi) Select Vanguard from Financial Institution list.
(vii) Click on Update/Send and then you might be prompted to enter the password.
(viii) Select Update Now in the One Step Update Settings dialog.
You can now download the Vanguard transaction information.
2. For Mac users, open and close Quicken for Mac to refresh branding. You can now download the Vanguard transaction information.
