1) Clear Cache of Webtoon app: Open the Webtoon app and tap on the MORE option in the bottom-right of the home screen. Then, tap on SETTINGS and scroll down to the OPTION section. Now, tap on Clear Cache. Restart Webtoon app.
2) Check network connection: You will face problems running the Webtoon app if your internet is unstable. Make sure you have good internet speeds. Unable to access the internet? If you are using a wireless service, restart your router. You can also try a wired connection as they are considered stable. If you are still unable to connect to the internet, contact your ISP for further help.
