Splitgate’s ranked system has made it to the game. So, in this article, we will be sharing all the details about the ranked mode of Splitgate. Here’s everything you need to know.
Splitgate
The intense action packed free-to-play shooter game which was scheduled for an official launch on 27th July 2021 after being in BETA for about 2 years has been delayed due to the overwhelming number of players playing the game. According to many giants like IGN, and GamesRadar, Splitgate is packed with a ton of highly engaging gameplay which resembles the iconic FPS shooters Halo and Portal. Being a mix of these two, the game surely is worth playing.
However, prior to its official release date, the game hit its all-time high of over 65K concurrent players on Steam which in turn brought some major problems and as a result, the BETA was extended. Well, if you wish to know more about this, consider visiting here.

Well, now let’s talk about the new ranked system in Splitgate that many players have been waiting for.
Splitgate: Ranked System
Ranked Mode in any game provides a window of improvement for players trying to get good in a game. With the ongoing success of Splitgate, the devs implemented the Ranked mode which is a delight to play. However, since this mode is new to the game, expect some major and minor changes in the upcoming weeks as players give their feedback.
Note: Players need to be at least level 15 to be able to play the Ranked mode.
Well, the current Ranked mode features a 4v4 match-up with a mix of Domination, King of the Hill, and Team Deathmatch where players are spawned with a carbine rifle and a pistol. They can collect other weapons while the match progresses further.
The ranked mode in Splitgate is divided into the following rankings:
- Bronze (0 – 1499)
- Silver (1500 – 1999)
- Gold (2000 – 2499)
- Platinum (2500 – 2999)
- Diamond (3000 – 3499)
- Master (3500 – 3999)
- Champion (4000+)
It features an ELO system similar to that of CSGO where players of the same ELO are matched together. If you win, your ELO gets higher and if lose, it gets lower. However, the logic behind the ranking system is not yet public, but we will be getting more info about it in the upcoming weeks.
