1) Restart your system:

2) Check your internet connection:
You will have to make sure that your internet connection is working correctly to install the AMD Software. For this, you can go to a third-party website and check if the internet speed you are getting is sufficient for the installation.
3) Disable Windows Defender:
Disabling Windows Defender can help you to get the AMD Autodetect Installer running. You can disable Windows Defender by the following steps:
- Go to the start menu and search for “Windows Security”.
- Click on “Virus & threat protection.
- Under these settings, you will find the “Manage Settings”. Click on it.

4) Disable Windows Firewall:

5) Install the previous version of AMD Driver:
Go to the Device Manager by searching it in the Windows tab. Now, open the Display Adapters section. Here, you will see an option called AMD Radeon (TM) graphics device. Open its properties in the “General” section, and select the option that says “Roll Back Driver”.
6) Perform Clean Boot
Press the Windows+ R key. Now, type “msconfig” and press enter. After that, press the “Services” tab and check the box which is next to “Hide all Microsoft services”. Now, click “Disable all”. From here, click on the “Startup” tab and click “Open Task Manager”. Now, you will have to disable all the startup items by selecting each one and clicking “Disable”.
