iCloud is Apple’s storage and computing device. It is the ultimate storage unit for photos, videos, notes, contacts, documents, and so much more for Apple users. iCloud can store songs and albums chosen by users on their Apple Music and can be accessed through their Apple IDs. Sometimes, Apple Music is unable to upload to iCloud. Due to this iCloud uploading issue, the users are unable to upload and store the songs and albums.

Apple has been known for its high-tech products and cooperative service staff. However, some customers, like introverts can’t approach customer support. If you too are one of them, you need not worry. We understand that for people who can’t talk to other people, music is their best friend. Ways of fixing the iCloud uploading issues

We will try to explain the causes behind such problems in the simplest manner possible and also guide you on how to fix the iCloud uploading issues.

1) Identify your iCloud status- To check the status of every song and album on your Apple Music and iCloud, on your Mac, open the Apple Music app. On your PC, open iTunes. A pop-up menu will appear now. Choose Music from the menu and then click on Library. Select Songs from the sidebar. In the menu bar, now choose View>Show View options. Now you will have to choose Cloud Download and Cloud Status.

If you can see a dotted cloud, it could mean either of a few things. First, it means Waiting. In this case, the song is in the matching process and it hasn’t been uploaded yet. To solve this, ChooseFile > Library > Update Cloud to fix this issue. Secondly, it indicates that the song is not yet uploaded. To upload a song Turn on the Sync Library on the PC where the original song file is stored. Thirdly, it means that the song is not available anymore which means that the song has either been removed from Apple Music or hasn’t been released yet.

2) In case the iCloud uploading issues still persist, you need to log out of your Apple Music app from all devices. Restart all the devices and re-login to Apple Music. Start the uploading process again and the issue should be fixed.

Apart from the above-mentioned steps, you also need to ensure that you are using the latest versions of the app and that your Apple devices are updated too. You can also learn more about uploading-related problems on Google Drive and see if they’re helpful.
