This update was announced and brought to notice on the official ASUS community page by one of the admins. This update is rolling out in batches. It is mentioned that it might take a couple of days for you to receive the update if not on the first wave.
You can also manually check if the update is out by heading to Settings > System. Tap on System Updates to look for the latest build available.
