Call of Duty is one of the most popular shooter games of all time. A whole lot of action-packed on-the-edge scenes make it a very massive adrenaline-inducing game. Mesmerizing graphics, fantastic sound effects, and well-thought geographical map features make up the very addictive game. Seasons start and end; it leaves behind a whole lot of customizations for players with Battle Pass. Each season has something new to offer to fans. The game has different modes for players, but the most common one is the Battle Royale. Play with your friends or go solo: it’s your call! Call of Duty, be it Warfare or Warzone, is well optimized for PC, Play Station, and Xbox. However, sometimes the game tends to crash due to errors.
Call of Duty Warzone, Warfare Memory Error: 1793
So, your game is crashing in between or on start and is showing an error message. The memory error happens for a whole lot of reasons. The code 1793 points to one specific reason, which is, however, unknown. But, there’s a general reason why a memory error might occur. It’s usually because the graphics or texture quality is higher than what your GPU might be able to bear. Again, it might not be a device-specific issue; optimization failures can also cause the error. Call of Duty fans has been recent victims of this error.

It has been common in Playstations and Xbox Series X. We will help you troubleshoot this error with steps.
- First, run a complete disk cleanup in your system. The drive containing the game Call of Duty should be cleaned. Mostly, it is the C drive. Clean all unwanted files like windows update caches, temporary files, Direct X cache files, etc. Keep your downloads folder if you want to.
- Then, change your virtual memory back to system managed on the C: drive. Reboot your device.
The above steps should be able to solve the crash issue in your Call of Duty game. However, we would like to tell you that this solution is not an official trick, so it may not solve your crash errors. The developers must already be working on a patch to solve the memory error. Fans can rest assured that the error will be fixed soon!
