However, the servers are back up now. But, it is possible that you may be facing error 23 even now. We request you to update your game to the latest available version. Also, if you are facing different error codes like 24, it is because of the same reason. Make sure you have updated your OS, drivers, and the game to the latest version. That’s all you can do.
