According to the description provided by ipaf, ePal is an e-wallet that can carry a digital copy of your important documents that are obtained from IPAF itself. It is very difficult to maintain a hard copy of documents. It makes the documents vulnerable to physical damage and being misplaced. ePal doesn’t just let you store but also lets you share your licenses and qualifications easily. That is why using the app can be helpful in situations where you need immediate access to your documents. But unfortunately, some users can face a few issues with the epal app on their device. There have been a few problems recently. And there is a chance that random errors may pop out in the future. But using these troubleshooting methods, you can easily fix the app and also stay prepared for when the situation repeats itself. Take a look!

Fixes for the E-Pal app not working:
Check connectivity:
A slow internet connection is probably the reason why the E-Pal app is not working on your device. This is the most common problem that can happen a lot more frequently than you would expect. Thankfully, it is very easy to find out if your internet connection is compromised. Try opening other apps on your device. If other apps are also affected on your device, you should contact your ISP to get the internet connection fixed. Once the connection is fixed, the E-Pal app should work fine.
Check server status:
If your internet connection is working just fine, the next thing you should check is the E-Pal server status. Search “E-Pal server status” in your browser. Open the first website from the search result and read through the analysis provided by that website. If the E-Pal servers are down, you should wait for some time before trying to use the app again.
Restart app and device:
Close the E-Pal app on your device. Now perform a quick restart on your device. After restarting your device, open the E-Pal app and then check if it works. If it does, well and good. If it doesn’t, try the next step.
Clear cache:
Clearing the app cache is the easiest way to get rid of any corrupted files in your device’s system. Press and hold the app icon on your device and select App info > Storage/app files > Clear cache. The same can be done on an iOS device by going to Settings > General > Storage > E-Pal app > Offload app. Now open the E-Pal app and check if it works.
Update app:
Open the store on your device and search for the E-Pal app. Check if there are any updates lined up for the app. Install the update that is available and then open the app to find it working normally.
Reinstall app:
As a last resort, try uninstalling the app from your device. After uninstalling the E-Pal app, restart your device. Following the restart, go to the store on your device and install the app again. This time when you log into your account, the E-Pal app should work just fine.
