Are you trying to end the subscription of Roblox premium and finding it difficult to execute? We got you covered. Follow the steps below to complete the process.
A Roblox premium provides subscribers with a discounted set of offers of Roblox games every month. It also includes added benefits and exclusive perks which normal users don’t experience. If you have made up your mind and want to buy something else or if this premium isn’t the right fit for you, you may go ahead and cancel the plan using the following methods.
Roblox website
Go to a browser and sign in to your account by visiting roblox.com. Select the settings icon on the top-right of your screen. Another window will pop up listing all the settings available. Find the ‘Billing‘ option and click on it. Your current membership plan and other details about the premium are shown here. Below the plan details, there is a ‘Cancel renewal‘ option. Click on it and choose a reason for cancellation in the next window. After you do it, head back to Billing where your plan details will be updated and the expiry date will be mentioned. Until that date, you may enjoy your premium benefits.
For Google Play users:
Head to play.google.com and sign in with your Google account with which you wish to cancel. Click on My subscriptions next from the menu on the left. Then select Roblox from a list subscription and click on manage. Then select Cancel subscription and click on Yes.
Now if you weren’t able to find a cancel option, chances are that you are an iPhone/iPad user or an android user. If so, check out the methods listed below.
Roblox on iPhone/iPad
Go to the settings app and tap on your profile. Click on the subscriptions option to know all your subscriptions. In that list of plans, find Roblox’s active subscription and click on it. If it asks for confirmation, simply select yes. Then head back, where the expiry date will be updated. Also now you will see Roblox on the expired section of your subscription list.
Roblox on Android
If you are using an android, open the Google Play app. Then on the top right select the profile icon. Search for the Payments and subscriptions option and further select the subscriptions option. Then from a list of your active subscriptions, select Roblox and tap on Cancel Subscription. Your plan will be canceled once you follow the instructions mentioned.
