How to drift in Forza Horizon (FH) 5?
Drifting in Forza Horizon 5 will reward you with points. If you are using the right car and that is a car with the Drift Skill Boost perk and perform any drift successfully, then you will be able to earn a bunch of bonus points in the game. Well, we are definitely not saying that you will be able to get in the leaderboard section after reading this guide, but we will cover the basics that will be really helpful if you are interested to drift your way through corners rather than throttling down.
Well, to drift in Forza Horizon 5, first, you will need to have good control over your car. For that, you will need to play the game for quite some time and build that control. For drifting around corners, you have to press the Handbrake button(Spacebar) and then counter steer your way through the corner. Let’s say you want to drift around a corner on the right. So, to successfully perform a drift, you need to turn towards the right and then press the SpaceBar button and then counter steer to the left to maintain the drift.
