Before we begin, note that you need a decent PC to run the Yuzu emulator smoothly. You will need at least 8 GB RAM, an i5 processor, and a good GPU. Now, let’s head over to the main settings that will help you achieve better FPS in the games.

1) Launch your Yuzu emulator app and click on Emulation> Configure.
2) Now, go to Graphics> Advanced and uncheck Use Vsync.
3) Also, make sure to check the Use Fast GPU Time option in the advanced settings.
4) Now, press the Windows key and type NVIDIA Control Panel and go to Manage 3D Settings. Here, locate the Vertical sync option and turn it off.
5) From NVIDIA Control Panel> Manage 3D Settings> Program Settings, click on Add. Now, locate the Yuzu Emulator’s executable file and add it. Now, select High-performance NVIDIA processor from the drop-down menu. Also, make sure to turn off the vertical sync from the settings below.
6) While playing any game on the Yuzu Emulator, press the Ctrl+U keys to boost your FPS to 60.
7) In your Yuzu emulator settings, go to the Graphics tab. Now, under the Graphics settings, enable the Use disk shader cache option. Only follow this step if you have a decent system.
8) Also, reduce the in-game graphics settings to get better performance when you’re playing the game.
9) Go to Yuzu Emulator> Emulation> Config.> General> General. Now, either untick the Limit Speed Percent or set it to your desired level.
