If you don’t meet Steam’s requirements to apply for a refund, you could still try and submit a special request:
1) Head over to help.steampowered.com.
2) Navigate to the Purchases > View complete purchasing history tab and then choose GTA 5 from the list.
3) Next, choose I have a question about this purchase option.
4) Lastly, elaborate on why you want a refund. Since this is a special request, make sure you write down the reason in detail. The more valid your reasons are, the greater the chance. Submit the request once done.

Submitting a special refund request will most likely not work for GTA 5. Hence, we always recommend being alert of the refund policy whenever you make a Steam purchase. For more articles on GTA 5 and other video games, stay tuned to Androidgram!

I love to play video games and write about them. Food helps with my patience. I am a fan of comedy, and I am funny too (sometimes just angry).
