Why is Jpay unable to send your pictures?
When it comes to sending pictures to an inmate via Jpay’s services, there is a set of rules that you need to follow:
1) The photos should not contain hand signs or gestures.
2) The photo must not include an item that can be used for violent activities.
3) The photos should not depict nude or partially nude or explicit content.
4) No photos or texts from social media are allowed.

1) Restart your device –
Using the Jpay app to send an email with an image as an attachment but unable to do so? Try restarting your phone. This is the most basic step while trying to troubleshoot most software errors. Once your phone switches on, try sending the email again to check if everything works fine. If Jpay is still unable to send across your pictures, try the next step.
2) Uninstall and Reinstall Jpay app –
If restarting the device does not solve your problem, try uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Uninstalling the Jpay application will get rid of any corrupted cache that might be saved on your device. After uninstalling the application, restart your phone. Reinstall the application back into your phone and try sending pictures now.
3) Use a different browser –
If you were using a browser to process the pictures through the Jpay website, try logging in with a different browser. This trick should solve your problem and let you send pictures.
4) Check if you have sufficient stamps:
Every email sent through Jpay requires a Jpay stamp. The longer the email is, the more stamps you’ll need.
