Server not connecting or working: Here’s what to do
If your Minehut server is refusing to connect, here are the possible reasons.
Generally, you may get an error saying “Cannot connect to fallback server”. This means that the server has not yet started. So, you should try connecting after some time.
If it still misbehaves, then there might be internal errors. Currently, Minehut is experiencing some connection issues. Well, if there are no issues from Minehut side, you can follow below mentioned fixes to resolve the issues with connection.

Method 1
- Startup your server from Minehut’s website dashboard.
- Go to the Danger Zone section.
- Click on Repair Files.
This will hopefully resolve any corrupted plugins.
Method 2
- Startup your server for which you want the logs.
- Go to the file manager tab at the top of the dashboard.
- Click into the logs folder, then click the latest.log file and copy the contents of the file.
- Paste the entire file into a Pastebin.
- Create a link to the logs.
- Then, create a support ticket from Minehut’s support page and attach the log link.
Use Method 2 if Method 1 doesn’t work.
