How to report a player or company in New World?
Here are the steps to report a player or company in New World.
Report a player or company while in game
Do this:
- If someone has posted an offending message in New World, hover over it and then click on Report.
- Then, select the reason for your report, provide a description of the violation, and then click on Submit.
If you want to report someone’s violations in New World but that person has not sent a chat, note down his/her name and do this:
- Bring up the Social Menu in New World by pressing the “O” key.
- Then, search for the player or company by name.
- Bring your mouse pointer over the player name or company name.
- Click on Report.
- Then, select the reason for your report, provide a description of the violation, and then click on Submit.
Report a player or company outside the game
If you want to report a player or company outside New World, you will have to file a web ticket. In the web ticket, you should mention the name of the player or company you’re reporting. Add a description of what led you to report them, along with supporting evidence if available. Also, make sure you mention the name of the server where the incident happened.
