Steps to repair Red Bull TV app not working on Apple TV:
1) Force-quit the app:
Go to the app switching view on your Apple TV. Highlight the Red Bull TV app and swipe up on the remote. Now press the back button to leave the app switching view. Next, re-launch the application and check if the problem still persists. Any minor problems with the application will be easily repaired with this step. If the problem still persists, try out the next step.
2) Restart the device:
On the second generation Siri remote, press-hold the Back button and the TV button. For the first generation Siri remote, press-hold the Menu button and the TV button. Do this until the status light on the Apple TV starts blinking rapidly. This will restart your Apple TV. You can also go to Settings > System, and select the restart option there. After the restart, try using the Red Bull TV app on your Apple TV again. If you are still bothered by the issues, try the next step.
3) Re-install the app:
To uninstall the app from your device, select the app. Now, press hold the center button or the touch surface to see the app jiggle. When that happens, press the Play-pause button on the remote. Select ‘Delete’ from the list of options that pops up. When you delete the Red Bull TV app from your Apple TV, all the associated data will be removed too. This will get rid of any unwanted files saved by the app that might have gotten corrupted. Now reinstall the app and check if you are facing the same issues again.
4) Check internet connection:
Your internet connection should be stable whenever you are trying to access online content. To check if your internet connection is not weak or slower than usual, launch some other app. If you see similar problems on that app as well, your internet connection might be at fault.
