The Mr. Moon Bunny Hat can be directly purchased from the item shop as it is free. However, to own the White Chinese Shirts, you will need to collect coins. For the male version of Chinese Shirts, you will need to collect a total of 450 coins in-game while for the female version, only 100 coins are needed.
Now, to collect coins, you will need to join the mini-games featured in the game. Once you complete the mini-games, you will be rewarded with coins, and with enough coins, you can unlock the White Chinese Shirts items.
