The SPB TV application allows users to access various channels from different regions for free! Its UI is very user-friendly and lets you take smaller actions quite efficiently. 1) Clear cache:
The cache data saved by an app has a bunch of junk files and data that is not needed by the system. These files just slightly reduce the loading time when you access the same content again. However, these files can corrupt, causing irregularities in an app. To clear the SPB TV app cache on an Android phone, tap and hold the application and select the ‘App info’. Select ‘Clear cache’ to clear the cache files. If you are an iPhone user, go to Settings > General > Storage > SPB TV app > Offload app. Now, re-launch the app and check if the problem still persists.

2) Clear data:
Clearing all the app data from your device is the next best option. Follow similar steps as above, but this time just select ‘Clear data’. iPhone users don’t have a separate option to delete the app files. Hence, this fix is limited to Android users only. After clearing the app data, log into your SPB TV account and check the result of this step.
3) Uninstall and reinstall the app:
If deleting the associated files does not help, just uninstall the app itself. This will remove any traces of its files from your device. Install the application again and log in. After logging in, you should be good to go. Reinstalling the application will also install the most compatible version of the app for your device.
4) Restart the device:
Restarting the device is the most basic step to troubleshoot system issues. If trying to fix the application did not work, there is a chance that the issue is caused due to system imbalances. Restarting your device is a quick way to fix it. Restart your device and launch SPB TV app again. Check whether the issue persists.
5) System update:
A system update can solve a lot of problems too. Go to ‘Settings’ on your device and check the ‘About’ section. Any updates will be notified there. If you have a system update pending, install it and run the app again. This will definitely fix your issue.
6) Refresh network:
If the solutions don’t seem to work, there is a chance that your network is at fault. A quick way to refresh your cellular network is to toggle the ‘Airplane Mode’ on and off. And to refresh a Wi-fi network, forget the network and power cycle your router. Reconnect your device to the Wi-Fi by adding the password. This will solve the network issues and make the SPB TV app work again.
